Fortera

Strength training under full control — with a second-by-second gym timeline.

Overview

Overview

Fortera logs more than “an hour at the gym”. It records a second-by-second timeline of every set, rest and heart-rate reading, then derives metrics other trackers never compute — real rest instead of the timer you set, time under load, session pace, recovery after a set. A native Apple Watch app runs the whole session from the wrist, even with no phone nearby, and an AI coach builds programs, suggests working weights and reviews exercise form from video.

Key features

Key features

Second-by-second timeline

Every set, rest and heart-rate sample is timestamped — real rest, not the timer you set.

Apple Watch companion

Start the session, log sets, adjust weight and reps, run the rest timer — standalone, no phone needed.

Strength analytics

Volume trends by week and month, strength relative to body weight, estimated 1RM and personal records.

AI coach

Generates programs, suggests working weight from training history and reviews technique from a video you shoot.

Coaching mode

Trainers build programs for clients and comment on form; clients apply the plan in a single tap.

Offline-first sync

Log with no signal — data syncs across devices under one account, with CSV export.
